Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through a community of franchisees who are passionate about ice cream. The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone.

Shift Manager Duties:

• Train and coach employees and team leaders;
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up;
• Hold team accountable for their performance;
• Ensure team provides fast and friendly service;
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs;
• Ensure proper cash handling;
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering.
• Prepare customer orders quickly and provide guests with great customer service.
• Make ice cream, and other novelties daily; ensure that adequate inventory levels are met and that the store is fully prepared for the rest of the day.
• Ensure that the company's inventory and assets are kept protected, and crew members are working in the best interests of the company.
• Hold crew members accountable in following company policies and procedures; provide training and coaching to crew members that may need assistance.
• Effectively manage inventory, products, and services.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary and pertinent to the position and business operations.
