Emergency Care Coordinator

The Emergency Care is a high-profile position and one of the most exciting roles in our company. You would be one of the first people on the scene when there is a fire or large water intrusion. Your clients will need immediate services such as securing the property and if their home is not livable, they need a place to go to. We want to focus on helping them with their immediate needs. You help people when they really need you to help them through a really touching situation, what a great feeling!

 

You will meet with clients at the emergency scene, once the fire department completes their services you go into action. In this role you must be able to approach people in difficult situations and discuss what must happen to protect the property. These people need help, and it is your responsibility to help them.

 

Onsite you do not want to overwhelm people, figure out immediate needs, solve those. Going into the details is important just not yet. Most homeowners when the fire just occurred are overwhelmed, most of the time the client is not ready for details. But most of the time they are ready the next day and we will meet with them with all of our experts that are needed to discuss the details of the situation and what needs to be done and why. What the customer can expect and how the team will help them through this situation.

 

There are Several Profiles of potential customers, each has their unique needs.

1. Homeowner,

2. Property Manager

3. Facility Manager

4. Business Owner

 

The homeowner typically is the most emotional, the other three profiles are in commercial properties. The Property Manager, Facility Manager and Business owner wants to get back into business and reduce the amount of time their business is not open.

 

Skills Required:

1. Close, you must be able to complete the sale and make them a customer.

2. Communication Skills, Ability to effectively communicate verbally with others, speaking does not always mean communicating.

3. Competitive, you must love to compete with other salespeople and Win!

4. Disciplined, consistency of planning and executing your plan.

5. Empathy you must be able to connect with Customers, they must understand you are there to help them!

6. Play In Sandbox, the ability to work well with others this is a Team Environment

7. Professional Appearance, one chance to make a positive first impression.
