We are currently seeking an experienced Web Application Developer specialized in Vue.js and Tailwind CSS to join our team to develop and build large-scale, high-performance web applications

Your Role

As a Web Application Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our suite of web-based applications. You will leverage your extensive experience with Vue.js and Tailwind CSS to build responsive, efficient, and scalable applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using Vue.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
• Lead the architectural design of front-end frameworks and components for large-scale applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create functional, responsive designs and integrate with APIs and other external services.
• Implement responsive design principles and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, employing advanced Vue.js and Tailwind CSS techniques.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, particularly related to Vue.js and Tailwind CSS, and evaluate their potential benefits for our projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development, with at least 1 year focused on Vue.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling large-scale web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management patterns and libraries (e.g., Vuex), Vue Router, and other Vue.js ecosystem tools.
• Deep understanding of Tailwind CSS and its utility-first principles, including custom configurations and plugin development.
• Familiarity with modern development tools (e.g., Webpack, Git, Node.js) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
