FCS is actively searching for a Office Administrator for their top client in Laurel, DE. POSITION SUMMARY

The Office Administrator supports the Field Service, Sales, Accounting, and Parts Departments with its daily operations and clerical work. This includes assisting in correspondence with customers, providing assistance with the contract sales process including invoicing, purchasing and ordering of parts, tracking expenses, and a variety of other sales related functions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Office Administration and/or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
  • Preparing and assisting managers with various correspondence including processing client invoices, purchase orders, tracking costs, data entry, new account set-up, ordering Parts & Supplies, tracking travel expenses, time-sheets, assisting with making travel arrangements, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Experience providing Sales teams with distributing and coordinating sales documents and processing orders through funding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
