Role Overview:

As a Gallery Consultant, you will be responsible for nurturing business to business (B2B) client relationships, understanding their unique needs and objectives, and guiding them through the process of selecting and installing artwork tailored to the audience they service. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with business clients to understand our objectives, as well as their aesthetic preferences, and spatial requirements.
• Recommend artwork selections that align with clients' vision while enhancing our brand identity.
• Coordinate the logistics of artwork installation, including site visits, measurements, scheduling with clients, and assisting with the hanging of artwork.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure their satisfaction with the artwork displays.

Qualifications:

• Passion for art and design with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of creativity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, branding or client-facing roles, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
