Responsibilities
Manage and grow a book of property and casualty insurance business, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client retention.
Understand client insurance needs, assess risk exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy endorsements.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms to best meet client requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Active P&C insurance license in the state of Ohio preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
