Mexican Sugar is looking for a smart, stylish and experienced bartender to transport our guests with a Fresher, Lighter, Better Latin experience. Our bartenders stay two steps ahead of their guests' needs and know that small batch, fresh crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service are la clave to success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is a plus
  • Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
