UX/UI Designer (Web Applications)

Your Role

As our experienced UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our web applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-friendly products that meet the needs of our users and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of engaging, accessible, and responsive web-based applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, and user feedback.
• Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and highly detailed wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the design and functionality of our products.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for web-based applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, specifically with web applications.
• A strong portfolio of design projects that showcases deep interaction and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
