Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Thomson, GA
What are the primary responsibilities?
1. Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the work environment.
2. Selecting items from the inventory and adding them to customer's orders.
3. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
4. Accepting delivery of inventory.
5. Counting and confirming inventory.
6. Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
7. Marking and labeling stock.
8. Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
9. Lading and wrapping stock on pallets.
10. Building loads with forklift and electric pallet jack.
What is necessary to become a DC Associate?
1. 18 years or older.
2. High school diploma.
3. Being able to work on various shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
4. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
5. Use basic math accurately: add, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
6. Having prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Temp
Salary: Up to $16 per hour
Schedule:
1. Monday to Friday
2. Weekends as needed
