JOB TITLE: Accountant / Financial Analyst – R24-036

Estimated Salary Range $85,000 - $150,000

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports for multiple entities. Accountant duties also include full responsibility for all financial transactions – executing, maintaining, and analyzing for accuracy. Analysis includes analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.

The Financial Accountant will report finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks
• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Maintain fixed asset listings and associated depreciation schedules
• Responsible for accounts receivable activities to include revenue recognition
• Prepare financial reports for multiple legal entities
• Support tax related activities (income, property, etc.)
• Assist with account reconciliations
• Various other accounting and finance responsibilities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong Excel skills
• Team player and must possess good interpersonal skills
• 4-8 years of accounting/financial experience

Security Clearance:

• Candidate must be clearable

• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-directed and flexible with daily activities
