Job Description

The Rehab Nurse Manager ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the assigned rehab facility by supervising nursing personnel and ensuring competency of nursing personnel. The Nurse Manager assists the Program Director in developing day-to-day management processes, statistics, and long-term planning of the patient care for the Rehab Department to support the needs of the Facility. The Nurse Manager is a liaison between rehabilitation nursing and other disciplines. The Nurse Manager provides professional nursing care to meet the individual needs of the patient as needed. The Nurse Manager maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols.
