Compensation

$50-60k Base + Commission and Semi-Annual Bonus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cultivate strong relationships with State, County, and City government clients, positioning LEHR as their go-to resource. Territory includes- Nevada and Eastern Sierras
  • Showcase our extensive range of services, from emergency lighting to K9 units, and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Exceed sales targets through your passion for prospecting, networking, and building lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Uphold LEHR's commitment to excellence by delivering exceptional customer service.
You are a Great Fit
  • You have a proven track record in fleet sales, and your enthusiasm for the specialty vehicle upfitting industry is contagious.
  • Your communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are second to none.
  • Travel time in your assigned territory in a company-provided demo vehicle excites you.
  • Your in-depth knowledge of fleet management, government procurement, and vehicle upfitting sets you apart.
  • Your avid self-learning mindset and insatiable thirst for knowledge make you a candidate poised for exceptional success.
