We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Permanent Structural Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a key player in our engineering team, responsible for designing and implementing innovative structural solutions for a wide range of projects. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our mission of delivering world-class engineering solutions. The successful candidate will be a licensed professional engineer with a strong background in civil and structural engineering, design calculations, design analysis, construction cost estimates, and Revit.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and analyze structures such as buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure using advanced engineering software.
2. Conduct detailed design calculations and prepare structural engineering plans and details.
3. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated design systems.
4. Develop construction cost estimates and manage material resources and project costs effectively.
5. Use Revit and other design software to produce high-quality structural models and drawings.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineering staff.
7. Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and best practices.
8. Conduct site visits, inspections, and structural assessments as required.
9. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and progress reports to project stakeholders.
10. Continually evaluate engineering practices, methods, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering or a related field.
3. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
4. Proficiency in using design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other engineering tools.
5. Strong knowledge of design calculations, design analysis, and construction cost estimates.
6. Exceptional understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, materials, and methods.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex engineering concepts and proposals.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
10. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to all relevant regulations and codes.
