Position Summary:

Promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for both the pre-surgical/procedure patient and post operative patients recovering from general, local, and regional anesthesia based upon age specific and cultural needs. 

Minimum Qualifications:

$10,000.00 Sing on Bonus

·        Valid Utah or Compact States nursing license.

·        BLS within 60 days of hire.

·        ACLS within 3 months of hire, ENPC within 6 months of hire.

·        TNCC or ATCN within one year of hire.
