How you will contribute:

You will work alongside another Regional Mechanical Construction Manger to drive strong performance of your team by selling profitable mechanical construction projects and executing exceptional customer service to our Major construction customers. In conjunction with the other Regional Manager, you will actively manage the profit and loss of the mechanical project portion of the Major construction group financials, determining annual contract sales goals for the region and individual sales team members' goals.As a Regional Manager, you will have direct oversight of a team of mechanical project management individuals and will work closely with operations to successfully ensure execution of mechanical construction work primarily in Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while mentoring and growing Ahern's contract business.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most of your 7+ years of experience in a construction sales/project management type role in a related field, combined with post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience managing financial results is preferred. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, process driven, possess skills that motivate those around you, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
