An Outside Sales Lead! With focus in the Miami-Dade and Broward Countiy areas, the Senior Outside Sales Representative will drive home inspection opportunities through real estate agent referrals. This role builds relationships with real estate agents through in-person events and meetings, phone calls, and electronic communications to obtain home inspection referrals, to drive new business, and to maintain existing partnerships. We will provide you with a territory to build out which will create a great income stream over time.

Impact and Importance:
Our Senior Outside Sales Representative is a member of our Growth Team, which is the engine of MHI. Growth Team objectives have a great impact on the organization, as the output of referrals and revenue ensures continued growth and success of the company, our sister companies, and all team members.

What you will do:

  • Build positive relationships with real estate agents through in-person events, phone and electronic communications, and social media interactions.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles.
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities.
  • Drive new business and home inspection opportunities through real estate agent referrals.
  • Generate, confirm, and conduct in-person meetings, events, and presentations at real estate offices.
  • Plan and execute in-house agent events, evenings/weekends as necessary.
  • Maintain strong existing business relationships through the delivery of consistent and professional electronic communications.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and support/assist other team members as needed.
