- Estimated annual base pay: $121,000 (minimum) - $151,000 (midpoint) - $181,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a talented and experienced Digital Services Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Program Manager is responsible for building, leading (directly or indirectly), and improving an engineering and program management organization that designs, develops, validates, improves, and supports the digital services portfolio of products, systems, and solutions under the Industrial Asset Services umbrella. The incumbent generally reports to a Director or business group VP/GM and is relied upon to provide a high level of technical expertise in overseeing design efforts and assuring achievement of contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for the development, management, and improvement of the existing and future digital services portfolio.
- Leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive Asset Services growth.
- Prioritize programs and resources, assess complexity against the workload and capability of the team members, recommend resource allocations and ensure teams are staffed appropriately.
- Manage, monitor and control schedule, cost, deliverables, risk management and scope to meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations.
- Looks for and drives new proven technologies and concepts into current design practices in an effort to provide design solutions that are significantly more competitive.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in sciences (BS) required
- Master's degree in business/sciences (MBA/MS) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive aftermarket/service experience or related, preferably in an industrial, energy, or aerospace market
- Experience in a leadership role with a large-scale service, manufacturing, or engineering organization required
- Experience working with and developing digital technology will be a plus
