Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Guest Recreation Clerks to join the team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Guest Recreation Clerk, you will oversee the operations of the guest recreation department and ensure visitors receive the highest quality of service during their stay. Responsibilities 

• Keep a watchful eye on activities for rule and safety compliance; manage disruptive situations with guests
• Clean and inspect sporting equipment, facilities, or grounds
• Guide guests on hikes, activities, lead Kid's Camps and Adventure Clubs, care for dogs in an indoor dog park
• Follow all Delaware North Parks and Resorts policies and procedures

Qualifications 

• Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect guest and employee safety
• Ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and know when to involve a supervisor
• Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand, walk and hike for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to bend and stoop frequently
