SALESFORCE DEVELOPERs / ADMINISTRATORs

We are looking for a Salesforce Developers and Administrators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development and administration, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and extensions. · Configure and administer Salesforce, including Apex code, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, and Visual Force Pages. · Translate user requests into meaningful system enhancements. · Implement enterprise Apex development patterns at scale. · Analyze organizational capabilities and suggest process and performance improvements. · Coordinate and prioritize requests, fixes, and enhancements. · Review and understand general business drivers and context for development projects. · Define the Salesforce platform required to support functional and non-functional requirements and business processes. · Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com for additional business processes or functions. · Implement and manage 3rd party applications like DocuSign. · Troubleshoot and resolve bugs. · Work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. · Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration. · Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts and features. · Experience in technical support is preferred. · 2+ years of experience converting business requirements into solution designs. · Flexible in the face of changing priorities, with the ability to multi-task. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
