Lead Server

Jerry Bob’s Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced Lead Server to join our team. The Lead Server, is responsible for overseeing the dining experience and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and have attention to detail.

Some of the Duties the Lead Server oversees:
- Supervising and training servers
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Communicate with kitchen Manager 
- Making sure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant is taken care of
- Handle cash transactions and process payments

Our hours of operation are 7AM to 2PM, Monday thru Sunday. 

Hourly Wage $12.35 plus Tips

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Math skills: counting cash drawer
• Available to work: early morning
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: holidays

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• 18 years or older
• Management skills: supervising employees
• Management skills: resolving customer complaints
• Management skills: managing employee conflicts
• 2-3 years of total work experience
