Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking an Administrative Training Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, organization and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Administrative Training Coordinator

Location: Hillsborough Township, NJ

Pay Range: $28 - $31 hourly 

Contract: 1 Year (extension/conversion possible)

 

What’s the Job?

  • The Administrative Training Coordinator supports the Change Management Lead to form the local SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team who are responsible for supporting the local business through their change journey to maximize system adoption of SAP
  • Primary responsibility is to support the Change Management Lead with a range of change management activities.
  • During the lifecycle of the project the focus will shift from early engagement activities to facilitation and organization of communication campaigns and events, to planning and management of the training schedule, logistics, administration, tracking and reporting and then finally to support with the logistics of SAP access and go live.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar administrative training coordination 
  • Ideally has administration experience of a Learning Management System
  • Experience with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc) for in depth analysis/reporting
  • Demonstrates good communication and influencing skills both verbally and written
  • Demonstrates organized and methodical approach to work and able to build trust and rapport quickly with new stakeholders
