Our client is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to join their team in Little Rock, AR.
Job Title: Plant Engineering Manager
Location: Little Rock, AR
What's the Job?
- Leading the Plant maintenance operations and supporting technical competencies through disruptive and other technologies for the site, implementing long-term strategies for the plant.
- Creating preventative & predictive maintenance program requirements to maximize equipment reliability through TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing capital projects that meet equipment and infrastructure needs for short-term and long-term plant objectives.
- Driving problem solving through all levels of the site organization to determine best solutions for complex problems down to the root cause level.
- Being a member of the Plant Operating Committee and collaborating with the plant leadership team to continuously improve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) years of manufacturing or plant engineering experience in private, public, government, or military environment.
- Three (3) years of supervision experience.
- Previous experience with plant engineering team leadership & development with a high level of mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude.
- Demonstrated competence in leading craftspeople effectively.
