If you are an internal applicant, please log into Workday and apply for your application to be considered.Please Click Here to apply internally.Spa ConciergeSUMMARY The Spa Concierge will primarily provide guests with exceptional service when checking into and out of the spa, creating spa reservations, maintaining cleanliness of Spa Pendry's reception, locker room, and fitness areas, and making appropriate personalized recommendations for each guest during their visit. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMajor areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:Assist in greeting and welcoming guests to the Spa, providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable cleanliness of all Spa Pendry areas.Creating spa reservations, making product recommendations, and ensuring that their day is scheduled appropriatelyAssist with the cleanliness and organization of reception, locker rooms, and fitness center.Assisting with removing used linen and restocking linen.Ensuring an adequate supply of clean towels, robes and guest-wear are available for use. Provide services to guests in a timely, courteous and proficient manner.Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the Spa. QUALIFICATIONS High school or equivalent education requiredMinimum 2 -3 years of customer service experience in a hotel, Spa and/or fitness environmentWorking knowledge of spa services and productsPossess basic math skills and have the ability to accurately handle billingAbility to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand EnglishAdvanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occurPREFERREDPrior front desk, spa or health club experience preferredLuxury hotel experience strongly preferredBachelor's DegreePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
