Job Description
The purpose of the Bartender is to provide efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, professional top quality bar.
Responsibilities
* To properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift. * Approach and greet guests. * Order taking. * Order delivery. * Checking back. * Service bar. * Clean and clear service areas. * Departing guests. * Uniforming appearance. * Completes other duties as assigned by manager. * Ability to properly present, open, decant and serve wine & Champagne.
Qualifications
* Prior bartending experience preferred. * Must have excellent interpersonal skills. * Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers. * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. * Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays. * Targeting a May start date for the start of the golf season.
