Part-time nanny for 3 yr old girl

Hi there! We are looking for a nanny for our 3 yr old daughter, Jo. A bit about us -- we run a tutoring company, enjoy outdoors and traveling, and are looking for a nanny to replace our current one (she's pregnant). Our base schedule is 12-6 p.m. on at least Tuesdays-Fridays but we'd welcome Mondays-Fridays as well. If possible, we're hoping to find someone with flexibility to add on hours in the evenings or weekends when we have additional work responsibilities or the occasional date night. For start date, we're flexible but no later than April 29th or May 1st. Responsibilities are all things Jo, including but not limited to picking her up from school, taking Jo to other classes or playdates, her meal prep/cooking, tidying up after her or supporting her tidying up after herself when possible, her laundry and other general health/hygiene (occasional baths, cutting fingernails/toenails, etc).
