Sales Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our outside sales team by assisting in the creation of proposals, identifying quality leads, and engaging with prospective clients to set appointments. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will aid in following up on current prospects to ensure a seamless sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the outside salesperson to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Research and identify potential leads through various channels
• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to schedule appointments for the outside salesperson.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing the sales pipeline and CRM system.
• Follow up with current prospects to provide additional information and address any questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
