Roof Service Manager

We are seeking a Roof Service Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. 

·         Manage and further the personal growth and industry knowledge of the service team.

·         Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing KGS clients that utilize our roofing service department.

·         Develop and maintain professional relationships with new clients to further grow the roofing service department.

·         Visit properties to evaluate water infiltration issues and generate cost proposals outlining corrective action scopes and preventative maintenance plans.

·         Review plans and specifications for contract service projects and provide accurate cost estimates.

·         Perform preventative maintenance and warranty compliance inspections and prepare cost proposals to address any anomalies or deficiencies found within roof systems.

·         Develop and/propose new processes to include but not limited to software or other electronic procedures to increase the efficiency of the roofing service department.

·         Analyze and maintain material inventory necessary to operate efficiently and effectively.

·         Manage and maintain good relations with your service crews and further their personal growth.

·         Monitor quality of workmanship of repairs and maintenance performed in the field.

·         Perform random quality control follow up site visits after services have been performed.

·         Review service tickets and submit to accounting for billings.

·         At a minimum maintain the current annual sales volume of the roofing service department with a goal to grow the service department annually.  KGS will provide the necessary resources for future growth.

KGS is on a continual growth plan and it is our goal to grow the roof service division to an annual sales volume of $6,000,000.00 over the next three calendar years. In doing so it is our intention to hire additional sales and business development staff as well as 6 additional service crews. KGS will continue to grow over the coming years and with such growth comes many opportunities for personal growth and the ability to further your career within the roofing and restoration industries. The roofing service manager position as you have seen comes with a multitude of responsibilities therefore the compensation for this position is favorable and will be as follows;

·         Annual profit sharing bonus

·         401 K after 6 months of employment with a 100% match of first 3% contribution and 50% match of the next 2% contribution.
