Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of dedicated staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
