We specialize in creating custom injection-molded single-serve coolers to drive impulse purchases at convenience and grocery stores. We also design and manufacture a variety of specialized retail racks and fixtures made of plastic, wood, metal, or wire. Associates work directly with leading retailers and brands like Pepsi, Coca Cola, Red Bull, Anheuser Busch and many other Fortune 500 companies, to create shopping experiences seen every day. Our company must foster a creative and self-motivated atmosphere to be relevant in today’s retail world and is looking for energetic and industrious people to help us build on our decades of success.
Administrative Assistant is responsible for several duties at Presence From Innovation , LLC, including Performs a variety of administrative functions. Updates production reports, front desk duties, interoffice mail runs, data entry for shipping. This position requires attention to details and must be proficient with computers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fill BOLs
- Ship Orders out of system
- Credit Card reconciliation (production)
- Front desk duties/mail run
- RGA’s
- Freight Invoices
- Date Changes
- Idea Board coordinator
- Fed Ex/UPS
- China invoices
- Daily Accounting Reports
- Monthly Reports for Accounting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Required/Preferred: High School/ Associates preferred
- Experience: 2 Years administrative experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Manufacturing Software
- Skills/Competencies: Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
