Dishwasher
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining dishwashing equipment and informing management of any related problems.
- Keeps up with chemicals for dishwashing machines.
- Prevents bottlenecks in the kitchen.
- Putting away stock.
- Prep the salad bar and desserts for each meal.
- Make "alternate meal" cold plates. Sandwich, fruit plate, etc...
- Cleans the sinks and tables, sweeps and mops the floors and takes out trash at the end of shift.
Other Requirements
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safety.
- Physical requirements could include standing, bending, lifting and reaching.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
