Lead Pest Control Technician

My Pest Pros has an immediate need for passionate, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to join our team serving Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. We are seeking people who can provide excellent customer service, think on their feet, and help build strong client relationships. You will service residential and commercial clients, assess issues, problem solve, make recommendations, provide preventative treatments as well as solve existing pest problems.

Lead Technicians serve a critical role in helping to mentor staff, troubleshoot problem accounts, assist with training, and be a crucial link between our field and office staff. This is a great entry-level leadership position for people who like helping others, have strong communication skills, and have at least 2 years of pest control experience.

Technicians take their work vehicles home and go directly to their stops each day.

Compensation is based on prior experience and includes the opportunity to earn commissions, overtime, and bonuses.

• Successful candidates will be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the US/
• High school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check including a drug screen and have a good driving record
• Obtain/maintain state-mandated pest control licenses, if you do not already have
• The ability to read, speak, and comprehend English
• Good oral and written communication skills
