Responsibilities
- Lead Staff: Our lead staff are operational from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM,
- overseeing the daily operations involving both our staff and clients.
- They are responsible for accompanying clients to all medical appointments and assist with insurance renewals, among other support services required. Additionally, they play a pivotal role in coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure that clients receive the necessary medical care and support.
- They are also tasked with monitoring client progress, updating records, and communicating any significant changes or needs to the appropriate parties.
- Furthermore, lead staff are involved in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that each client's individual needs are met.
- They also facilitate communication between clients, family members, and other care providers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive support system.
Qualifications - Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Drivers license required
- CPR certification required
