Van Horn VW Nissan in Sheboygan has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician/Auto Mechanic.

Shift hours:

Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays- 8:00 AM - 12:00PM

Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis, repair, and replacement of automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, etc.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate with Service Advisors on the status of repair orders and the estimated time to complete the work
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required License / Certifications:

  • Valid / Active Driver’s license

Education and Experience:

  • Technical College Automotive Diploma preferred
  • ASE Certification/Manufacturer Training preferred
  • Two or more years’ automotive experience
