Job Requirements
- Facility cleaning, wiping down and clean fitness equipment
- Stock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
- Cleaning of glass windows and doors
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- General maintenance work such as patching holes, painting and some equipment repairs.
- Deploying in-house handyman or third party men to fix any facility issues.
Job Requirements
- Physical strength and stamina are essential to this position due to the high activity level.
- Experience with all aspects of cleaning preferably in a commercial building.
- Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
- Handyman skills/experience
- Ability to paint and do patch work
- Customer service experience including Phone & Email
- Knowledge in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and exercise equipment
- Experience with work order for reporting and tracking
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience with tools
