Job Responsibilities

To deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients in home to increase skills and reduce behaviors that negatively impact client success. You will work closely with the clinical supervisor (BCBA) and other team members to ensure the collaborative approach is utilized while listening before leading. BCBA. 

Requirements

At least 1-year experience working with children and ABA is highly preferred. Experience in a related field is preferred. Must be willing to complete requirements to become certified. Must have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. A technician must be willing to drive to Bowie, MD and Gaithersburg,MD from Rockville, MD area. Must also be able to pass a background check.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience ($18.00-$26.00 per hour)
