Job Details:
- Hourly technician positions available in Rockville Maryland. Service area is Montgomery County, MD
- Company vehicle provided to service accounts, take home vehicle after 1 year
- M-F 7:45am to approx 5:30pm, occasional Sundays during warmer months. You will NEVER work Saturdays!
- Travel to customer locations, perform pest control services, and engage in sales stops
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to establish / maintain open communication
- Assess and solve customer pest issues
- Inspect properties, seal entry points, and perform treatments
- Drive between customer locations in Montgomery County
- Conduct preventive pest control services and sales stops
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, friendliness
- Problem-solving ability, an inquisitive mind
- Attention to detail, determination to give quality service
- Technical proficiency (smartphones, computers)
- Physical ability for various tasks (crawlspaces, attics etc)
- Valid driver's license (NOT provisional) with a good driving record
Training:
- One-month program with daily training (direct, hands-on training)
- Stipend for commute during training if training in Owings Mills is necessary
