Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC is hiring Lead Direct Support Professionals.
The Lead DSP position earns a competitive wage of $15.56 per hour plus a $1.00 weekend premium and a sign-on bonus of $750. Flexible training is also available.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
As a Lead DSP, you support people with disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. The Lead DSP has general responsibility for assisting the Program Manager with the general flow for the shift and day to day operation of residential facility. You support many areas of daily living such as medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, and transportation as well as other community and employment skills as needed.
You find it very rewarding to help people with disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives!
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- 8th grade depending on position
- Experience working in human services preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
