Speedy's Convenience is a cherished family-owned and operated business spanning three generations, serving the community with 9 locations in St. Joseph, MO, and an additional location in Kansas City, KS. Our commitment to convenience is unwavering, with four of our locations open 24 hours, and four featuring fully stocked liquor and spirits. At our Truck Stop location, we proudly host a McDonald's and CAT Scales, while both our Kansas City, KS, and St. Joseph, MO sites offer the convenience of Subway.We are building our first new car wash at our Kansas City, KS location . Plus, we make sure to provide FREE AIR at all our locations, ATMs for your convenience, and clean restrooms to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible

Pay

• $12.00-$15.00 hourlydepending on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior car cleaning services using appropriate equipment.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate car wash machinery, such as conveyor systems and automated washers.
• Handwash vehicles and provide detailing services as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report findings to management.
• Collect payments and issue receipts for car wash services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints courteously.
• Keep track of inventory and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Job requirements

• Must be able to work in all outdoor environments
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards for vehicles and facilities
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift heavy equipment or objects as needed
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business times
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
