Entry Level VW Technician

Job Summary:
Ourisman Subaru Volkswagen of Waldorf is seeking an entry level VW Technician to join our team in Waldorf, Maryland. Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and identify any issues with VW vehicles.
- Repair or replace various vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed on vehicles.
- Communicate with customers to explain necessary repairs and provide cost estimates.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills by attending training programs and staying current with industry developments.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a VW Technician.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and repair manuals.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- ASE certifications preferred.
