Overnight Awake

3rd Shift Residential Staff

Schedule: 4 consecutive shifts each week (37 hours)

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, all 10:30 p.m.–8:30 a.m.

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay: Starting at $15.50 per hour and increasing based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security of the facility both inside and outside doing hourly rounds
• Support residents in maintaining healthy sleep schedules
• Completes bed checks as needed
• Completes timely documentation
• Assists in cleaning and organizing of community spaces nightly
• General knowledge of resident’s goals, building rapport, and providing support
• Administration of routine and as-needed medications for residents
• Problem-solving and working in crisis situations
• Communicate with shift staff for support when help is needed

Qualifications

• Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance
• Previous experience working in a residential community or transitional living program preferred
