Summary

Mid Continent Lumber Dealers Supply is offering a rewarding career opportunity with significant growth potential. Successful candidate must be career oriented, have initiative, ambition and a strong desire to learn the business from the ground up. Computer skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills required with an emphasis towards exceeding customer expectations. The primary role of this position will be to maximize sales of existing customers as well as assist in development of new customers and various order fulfillment activities.

Duties

  • Contact regular and prospective customers
  • Answer customers' questions about products, price and availability
  • Estimate or quote prices
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
  • Monitor Market conditions
  • Perform administrative duties such as sales records and other reports
  • Check stock levels and reorder merchandise as necessary.
  • Forward orders to manufacturers.
  • Solicit orders from customers.
  • Enter Sales and Purchase orders.
