We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant AR. As a Senior Accountant AR, you will be

responsible for resolving discrepancies including billing errors, discrepancies between the GL and Intacct

and you will be responsible for account analysis and reconciliations. Your exceptional analytical and

communication skills will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and prompt resolution optimizing the overall

financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely and accurate documentation of general accounting responsibilities, which includes the ability to research GAAP accounting for company transactions.
  • Review and prepare account reconciliations.
  • Perform accounting credit/debit adjustments.
  • Assisting the team with accounting issues and queries.
  • Respond to credit card chargebacks via stripe monthly.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Prepare analysis of other accounts as requested.
  • Ensuring precise data entry.
  • Assist with audit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on general ledger and reconciliations.
  • AA or a BA degree in accounting, Finance.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP/Intacct/Oracle or NetSuite/Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - experience with Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful candidates are detail-oriented, highly motivated, organized, and have the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Candidates should have well-developed Microsoft Office skills-including Excel proficiency.
