Elevate Patient Care in St. Albans: Join our St. Albans team as a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse. We're seeking compassionate and experienced nurses to deliver specialized in-home infusion therapy.
Role and Responsibilities:
- đ Skillfully administer IV infusion treatments within home settings.
- đ Vigilantly monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary.
- đ Accurately document treatment procedures and patient interactions in EMR.
- đ¤ Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- 𧰠Maintain and manage infusion equipment to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- đ Nursing degree with significant RN experience
- đ Valid RN license in Vermont.
- â¤ī¸ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- đ Willing to travel locally in St. Albans.
- đģ Proficient in EMR and other healthcare software systems.
