Job Summary:
Faupel Automotive Group in Henderson, Kentucky is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Service Advisor. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. As an individual contributor, the Service Advisor will need to be able to work independently and collaborate with the service team to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 to $70,000 per year, paid biweekly. Eligible employees will also have access to company-provided benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on automotive services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle
- Consult with customers to determine their automotive service needs and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs
- Keep track of service department work orders and maintain an organized and efficient workflow
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our service menu, including warranty and dealership recommended services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and update customers accordingly
- Follow up with customers after service is completed to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism
- Collaborate with the service team to achieve department goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and basic office software
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
