Position Overview:

As a Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and assisting with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service advisor's calendar
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and cashier duties
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every visitor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
