Salary: Open based on experience
Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and running a computer numerical control (CNC) mill machine with a level of experience and skill set of CNC Mill Machinist 1-2. Candidate should have minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working experience in setup and programming of CNC-Mill and ability to satisfy the following:
- Be familiar with the basic use of Haas CNC Mill controls for programming at the machine tool.
- Read and understand the basics of G-Code programming.
- Be able to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
- Be able to load tools, set offsets, set up vices, do basic vice jaw cutting and run parts complete.
- Be familiar with and use all basic precision measuring equipment including micrometers, vernier calipers, depth mics, etc.
- Multi-task and run multiple machine tools when the situations call for it.
