Systems Analyst - 1855455

Mount Indie is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to participate in an ongoing effort to identify use-cases and systemize new user requirements associated with internal government systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of capturing and reporting user feedback to the Government and Program Office.
• Support directed efforts to work with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to define solutions that advance to mission requirements.
• Document system and data outputs for development of key performance indicators.
• Up to 20% travel optional.

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance, CI Poly preferred
• Bachelors Degree
• At least 10 years of experience, preferably working with NGA systems
• Experience working with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) systems
• Demonstrated knowledge in internal and external customer processes and systems to capture, assess, prioritize, and allocate requests for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data, services, and products
• Experience with various intelligence systems and metadata associated with numerous production tasks
• Experience in uncovering and compiling customer feedback to inform requirements definition
• Proven success designing and operating intricate, interconnected systems within a larger enterprise
• Experience with the operation of a complex IT system in a cloud environment
