Marketing Internship

Seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to work alongside collaborative marketing team. Various initiatives for PHC as a whole as well as assisting 65+ offices. This role will have a wide scope, from in-person events to digital advertising campaigns. This will be a paid internship, working between 10-20 hours per week. (Flexible on days).

Responsibilities:

MARKETING

• Assist with 2024 marketing campaign
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies
• Assist with social media and Google My Business accounts
• Distribute print materials

EVENTS

• Attend community events and Health Fairs
• Collaborate to plan events
• Assist with organizing promo and stocking items for events

COMMUNICATIONS

• Assist with photos and content for PHC press releases
• Coordinate with offices to publish content across various channels

ADMINISTRATVE

• Organize files
• Schedule meetings
• Data Entry
• Prepare materials

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL :

• Ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone and establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients, families, physicians, staff and other customers.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral/written instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of WordPress is preferred but not required
