TITLE: Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Multiple positions, specific to these areas of responsibility: Middle East and East Asia
LOCATION: Washington DC/Northern Virginia
Security Clearance Requirement: Secret (w/TS Eligibility)
Status: Full Time and Part-Time Positions
Start Date: ASAP


Description:
- Serve as the direct support and advisor to FMS program teams, supporting the full Security Cooperation process.
- Assists Security Cooperation teams in analyzing and overseeing all aspects of FMS programs in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manuel (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
- Assist with the development, execution, and management of Title 10 Global Train & Equipment cases.

Requirements
- Must have seven (7) or more years of experience in Foreign Military Sales and program management in Security Cooperation.
- Experience in Joint Lessons Learned programs, with either professional or academic experience in social science research methodologies.
- Proven track record of working security cooperation with foreign partners, foreign militaries and inter-agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience briefing military leaders. 
- U.S. Citizen with Secret Clearance (Top Secret Eligible)

Education:
- BS or BA degree in business, or relevant technical experience.
