Clinic Director - Physical Therapy

Gulf Coast Integrative Health is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapy professional. We are in the process of building a new state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic in Ocean Springs, MS. With affiliated family medicine and behavioral health clinics, we aim to provide comprehensive and integrative care to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the establishment and growth of the new physical therapy clinic, ensuring excellence in patient care.
2. Coordinate with our affiliated family medicine and behavioral health clinics to ensure integrative care to our patients.
3. Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff.
4. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for clinic growth and outreach.
5. Drive the vision and mission of Gulf Coast Integrative Health through patient-focused care and community engagement.
6. Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Mississippi Physical Therapy license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in clinic growth and development is a plus.
